中医药整合药理学网络计算研究平台(TCMIP v2.0)为揭示中医药理论的科学内涵和中医原创思维的科学价值、总结与传承名医经验、中药质量控制、中药作用原理阐释、中药新药研发,尤其是现代药物组合发现和优化等,提供了强有力的数据基础和分析工具。自举办培训以来,收效甚佳,一年多时间内业界同行利用平台发表了中文文章15篇,英文文章26篇,累积影响因子87.178,为推广该平台的使用,特推出TCMIP v2.0第五期培训。

鉴于本专刊自公开征稿以来,吸引了大量国际同行关注和投稿,并考虑到新冠疫情的影响,《Frontiers In Pharmacology》期刊编辑部自动将“整合药理学”专刊的征稿期限延长至2021年3月22日,特发此通知,望广大作者朋友们奔走相告,踊跃投稿。审稿周期4-6周,接收的稿件会尽快online,分配DOI。
专刊简介
《Frontiers In Pharmacology》是药学领域的前沿期刊,中科院SCI分区医学和药学2区期刊,2020年最新影响因子4.225。该杂志主要发表基础和临床药理学、药物化学、药理和毒理学在内的多学科研究论文,是为数不多的能够接收中药(含方剂)等复杂性药物研究的国际期刊。
ETCM和TCMIP研发团队与《Frontiers In Pharmacology》杂志联合组织的“Integrative Pharmacology-based Research on Traditional Medicine: Methodologies, Medical and Pharmacological Applications”专刊。自征稿以来,受到业内同行的广泛关注,共收到140余篇全文,30余篇摘要,经国际同行评议,已录用稿件17篇。
专刊投稿须知
本专刊对来稿有严格的质量要求,在投稿的142篇全文中有81篇被拒稿,投稿的35篇摘要中有9篇被拒稿,拒稿率高达50.28%。拒稿的很大一部分原因是作者朋友们没有严格按照杂志社的要求进行投稿,还请大家多多注意哦!
须知一:“The four pillars of best practice in ethnopharmacology” (划重点!!!)
对于药理学的前沿领域——民族药理学部分,提交给民族药理学专业组的所有手稿及其使用的植物提取物或制剂材料必须遵循“民族药理学四大支柱”的最佳实践评估标准,以供同行评审。
1、药理学标准
a) 传统医学背景-药理学实验的重点需要与传统医学背景关联,并且必须在引言中加以描述
b) 研究的新颖性必须有明确的证据支持
c) 可靠的实验模型--须采用先进的研究方法,或者是可信的替代方法
d) 剂量范围的选择必须与临床实际治疗剂量相关
2、制剂成分标准
民族药理学实验的可重复性依赖于对所用制剂的详细描述。无论所调查的材料是植物粗提取物、多种草药制剂、商业来源的单一化合物还是从植物中提取的单一化合物,都必须使用既定标准明确说明。
3、基本实验和伦理标准
a) 这项研究必须对现有文献作出重大贡献
b) 遵守所有国际道德标准,包括遵守生物多样性法规是至关重要的
c) 使用动物必须是正当的
d) 传统药物制剂的功效必须经过科学检验
4、物品类型标准
具体要求适用于不同的物品类型。这些是:实地研究、传统药物的安全性与毒理学评论、系统评价和数据分析
