自1999年参加工作以来,先后主持完成国家科技支撑计划、、国家社科基金、成果转化基金、霍英东基金、欧盟Asia IT&C、国际合作重点等项目40多项。教授农业物联网导论,农业信息学、农业物联网与信息系统新进展及seminar等课程。自2003年以来培养博士研究生22名,硕士研究生60余名。第一发明人获授权国家发明专利27项,制定国家标准4项,行业标准7项,出版专著6部,发表SCI论文100余篇。

我国水产集约化高效养殖面临三大科学难题:一是我国水产养殖水体富营养化程度高,水生生物富集,对传感器精度的扰动大,现有的传感技术难以实现长时间在线准确测量;二是鱼类水质、营养、病害之间耦合关系复杂,鱼类生长精准调控计算难度极大;三是我国水产养殖环境多样、信号干扰大,从信息感知到传输再到处理控制全环节的系统集成复杂度非常高,水产养殖实时精准控制极其困难。

针对上述三大科学问题,积极开展了养殖水质传感器、水产养殖优化调控模型、水产养殖智能装备研究,已在本领域国内外期刊上发表学术论文 321 篇,其中SCI 论文104 篇,EI 论文221篇,Google Scholar 引用1542次,单篇最高引用135 次。近5 年,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI 论文38 篇,最高影响因子5.578,SCI 他引171 次,EI 论文52 篇。以第一发明人获得水产养殖水体传感器、测控模型与方法、无线测控装备等国家授权发明专利25 件,形成了一个完整的水产养殖实时测控技术体系;牵头制订水产养殖传感、感知数据、传输网络、控制装备等技术国家标准4 项、行业标准5 项、地方标准1 项。参与了国际物联网标准制定,特别是国际物联网标准农业应用标准的制定工作。研发的产品分别在莱州明波、四川通威、天津海发等水产养殖龙头企业得到大规模应用,在江苏、天津、山东、广东等23 省市累计推广陆基工厂养殖630 万平方米,池塘及近海养殖825 万亩,涉及养殖品种31 个,新增经济效益96亿元,推进了我国水产养殖业转型升级

重要创新成果及其科学价值或社会经济意义如下:

(1)揭示了溶解氧电测量电极失效与钝化效应,阐明了分频式脉冲激励四电极溶解氧原位测量和单激发-双接收光纤同步比率叶绿素原位检测机理,消除了杂质粒子、荧光效率变化、荧光内滤效应对浊度、叶绿素在线检测精度的影响,实现了富营养化养殖水体浊度、叶绿素宽范围、高稳定准确测量

(2)构建了多参数信息融合的传感器自校准、自识别智能变送方法,实现了海水、淡水、半咸水等实现了不同应用场景下传感器精准测量。对富营养水体条件下水质在线精准检测和传感器的国产化有重要理论价值和实际指导意义

(3)提出了水产养殖实时数据在线处理模型与方法,阐明了“水质-病害-营养-行为”链式相互作用关系,构建了基于实时数据与知识库联合驱动的鱼类生长动态优化调控模型,为实现水产养殖精准智能调控提供了关键的理论和方法支撑,提升了我国水产养殖精准测控研究的国际影响力

提出了实时数据降维去噪、多尺度特征提取、多目标组合优化、非线性实时预测调控的数据处理模型与方法,发现了陆基工厂养殖溶解氧随饵料投喂的变化规律和池塘养殖溶解氧变化规律。提出了“水体因子-病害-营养代谢-行为”实时联合预警模型和动态调控方法,构建了增氧开启时间、开启时长以及投饵量的最佳调控策略。

(4)创建了陆基工厂和池塘养殖两种模式从孵化到养成全程实时精准测控系统,开展了大规模实验验证与应用,取得了巨大的经济和社会效益

提出了复杂养殖环境下时空融合的无线传输方法,提高了无线传输网络在复杂水产养殖场景下的稳定性。开发了水产养殖从孵化到养成全程实时精准测控系统及装备,实现了水产养殖精准测控。

(5)积极倡导农业信息处理领域的国际合作,广泛开展计算机农业应用学术交流。2007年创立国际计算机与计算技术农业应用研讨会。2011年在创立农业信息处理分会(国家农业信息技术欧盟联络点)。2014年在Elsevier旗下创办我国第一个领域国际期刊Information Processing in Agriculture。推荐人先后作为中方协调人完成或在研欧盟第六框架、第七框架,计划共6项,2008年起被欧盟委员会聘为欧盟第七框架计划项目评审专家,先后10余次参加欧盟项目评审与论证工作。

(6)参与农村信息化政策研究,先后受农业部委托牵头起草了全国农业农村信息化十二五、十三五发展规划等一系列农业部重大文件;被科技部聘任为国家农村信息化指导组专家;被第一个国家农村信息化示范省——山东省聘为省首席科学家;被中国科协评为首席科普专家。

项目简介:属农业电气化与自动化领域,针对我国水产养殖业的可持续发展困境,提出水产集约化养殖精准测控技术体系:感知新技术和传感器打破了国外技术垄断;无线跨网适配技术和无线填补了国内产品空白;智能决策模型和云平台引领了产业发展方向;精准测控技术体系带动了行业技术进步。经鉴定,本项目创新性成果整体上达到国际先进水平,相关技术成果在江苏、山东、天津等23省市自治区进行了大面积推广,取得了显著的经济社会效益。

2020年5月,获得“第二届全国创新争先奖状”。

2023年2月,荣获第五届杰出工程师奖。
