Preparations

In order to meet the regulatory requirements of relevant departments, before officially using UniSMS SMS service, you must enter the console to complete the following operations in sequence.

Real-name authenticatio

As required by the operator's gateway, real-name authentication is required for sending SMS. Unauthenticated individuals, enterprises, and organizations are not allowed to submit custom templates, and only ordinary verification code SMS is allowed.

add signature

Go to the console 「SMS Reporting-Signature Management」 to add a signature, and the precautions are as follows

1. The signature supports naming with organization name, website name, application software name, official account/mini program name, e-commerce store name, brand name or their corresponding abbreviations.
2. Signatures support the use of qualifications or public information held by the real-name authentication subject of the current account, and also support authorization from third-party entities not authenticated by the current account real-name.

Add SMS template

Go to the console 「SMS Reporting-Template Management」 to add a template, and you can customize the SMS template code to increase the readability of the template logo. Notes are as follows:

1. The total length of the message body must be controlled within 460 characters.There is no need to fill in the signature, and the template can be used freely with the reviewed signature。Special symbols such as【】及★、 ※、 →、 ●are not supported.
2. Variables are represented by {variable}，such as {code} {order_no} ,The variable name must be a string consisting of letters, numbers and underscores, and the length must be less than 24 characters. The same variable can only appear once in the template, and the format of direct combination of short link and variable is not supported.

Configure the upstream service provider

UniSMS provides a number of preferred upstream service providers for users to choose from. It is recommended to open at least 3 upstream channels to ensure that the SMS service will not be down, not blocked, and multi-scenario continuous and stable availability.

Users migrating from other SMS platforms can configure SMS hosting service providers to achieve full access to multiple service providers at one time migration.

Users can flexibly configure the weights of each channel according to their own business needs. For example, users with stable preferences can give high weights to high-availability service providers, and price-sensitive users can give high weights to low-cost service providers.
