The human being has created and is has developed in the environment of a system social in which not has possible fitted the utopia. All the mechanisms and instruments that manage and oiling the machinery, make valid sense from the point of view which assumes the imperfection of their condition and without it wouldn't use, benefit, or any purpose. The greater part of it created is based in the attempt of correct those errors and deficiencies human.
