2022年2月2日,作为火炬手参加北京冬奥会火炬在北京冬奥公园的传递。

所获荣誉

2020年5月,获得“第二届全国创新争先奖状”。

2020年11月,获得荣誉表彰。

2021年4月23日,入选中国工程院2021年院士增选有效候选人名单。

2023年8月31日,入选中国工程院2023年院士增选有效候选人名单。

主要成就

近十多年来共主持了70余项研究课题,其中国家级课题12项(重点基金1项),省部级课题6项。在电渣冶金、不锈钢冶金和洁净钢冶炼等领域取得了一系列理论和技术创新成果,为成果应用企业创造了数十亿元的巨大经济效益。

获得国家专利20余项。获国家科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖2项,获省部级科技进步奖9项,其中一等奖3项。因制定两项国际标准贡献突出,成为中国首位获“IEC1906”国际大奖的专家。

在国内外刊物和会议上发表论文200余篇,被Ei和Sci收录70余篇。

任IEC/TC27专家、IEC/TC27/MT28召集人、全国钢标委(SAC/TC183)委员、先后担任中国金属学会特殊钢分会理事、特种冶金与炉外精炼学术委员会副主任委员和中国铸造学会电渣冶金学术委员会副主任委员等学术职务。《Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing》、《钢铁》、《》和《特殊钢》杂志编委。

对外交流

经常参加国内外学时会议,多次担任会议主席和分会主席,和做大会特邀报告。与乌克兰、意大利、法国、比利时、美国、澳大利亚、奥地利、芬兰、瑞典和日本等国家的多所大学和研究单位取得了学术联系,多次邀请国外专家讲学。曾多次赴意大利、法国、比利时和美国等国家的大学和科研机构从事合作科研和学术交流。

多次被邀请到宝钢、鞍钢、本钢、武钢、抚钢、冶钢、兴澄特钢、南钢、莱钢、济钢、中原特钢、攀长钢、一重和中信重工等大型钢铁企业作专题技术讲座,受到企业领导和工程技术人员的好评。

学术兼职

担任第八届国务院学科评议组成员,第八届教育部科技委委员,澳大利亚昆士兰大学和乌克兰国立冶金大学名誉教授,国际电工学会IEC/TC27技术委员,中国金属学会电冶金分会副主任、特殊钢分会副主任,中国机械工程学会材料分会和中国汽车工程学会材料分会联合结构钢副主任委员,《钢铁》杂志副主编,《International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials》和《特殊钢》杂志编委。担任鞍钢和中钢邢机2个企业国家重点实验室学术委员会委员,中国机械科学研究总院、鞍钢北京研究院和邢台钢铁公司的特聘专家。
