Hitesh Kewalya is the award winning Indian screenplay and dialog writer of the 2017 Bollywood film, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.starring Aayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. With a background in design and television writing, Kewalya adapted Shubh Mangal Saavdhan from the Tamil feature film, Kalyana Samayal Saadham and gave it the backdrop of a middle class milieu from Delhi. Kewalya has won the Best Dialogue Award at 63rd Filmfare Awards and 19th IIFA Awards.
