Gwen Haworth is a Canadian trans woman and lesbian film director, and screenwriter. She won the Women in Film and Television Vancouver Artistic Merit Award at the Vancouver International Film Festival for her 2007 film She's a Boy I Knew, a documentary about her gender transition.She also made two earlier short films, Not Kokura and Road Movie.
