艾莉克斯·斯甘巴蒂 Alex Sgambati

Though a New Yorker by birth, Alex Sgambati was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she began her acting career in theatre at the age of seven. Offered admission to some of the US' top acting conservatories and universities, including Tisch at NYU, BU, Chapman University and Pepperdine University. Her first performance was at the age of four as a bumble bee in a tap routine. Is an alumna of the prestigious Governor's School Theatre Program. Correct pronunciation of her last name is "Skam-body". Mother was born in Brussels, Belgium. One of over 40 grandchildren. Her father has 14 siblings. A trilingual, speaking English, French, and Italian. Is the great-great-granddaughter of famous Italian composer Giovanni Sgambati. Is of Greek and Italian descent.
