Rudolf Biermann was born on 20st April 1958 in Trenčín, Slovakia. After his graduation at law school he started to work at the film studio Koliba as a production assistant. From 1990 he has worked as a producer.From 1995 to 1999 he had been working as a general manager of the International Film Festival Karlovy Vary. He is a founder and director of the production company IN FILM Praha s.r.o.
