Robert Franzosa，1984年于美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校获得博士学位，现为美国缅因大学数学系教授。其研究领域包括动力系统、拓扑学在地理信息系统中的应用，已经发表了多篇有关此领域的论文。他于2003年获得了缅因大学总统杰出教育奖。
