 是创新管理权威专家，米兰理工大学管理学院与设计学院教授，提出第三种创新——设计驱动式创新的新视角。他关于意大利设计管理的研究荣获意大利设计界最高荣誉——金罗盘奖。

 潜心研究创新管理二十余年，他主持的“管理、设计、创新实验室”（MaDe In Lab）专门为企业管理人员提供设计及创新方面的教育培训项目。他还担任多家全球500强企业的顾问，为企业高层提供专业意见。其研究成果已在《管理科学》《哈佛商业评论》等权威期刊发表。

 哥本哈根商学院客座教授，也是《产品创新管理学报》（Journal of Product Innovation Management）编委及美国设计管理协会（Design Management Institute）顾问。
