简况

现任中科院研究员,科技部国家专家库成员,曾担任“全球定位系统”杂志编委会编委,泰晤士高等教育《世界大学排名》(Times Higher Education World University Rankings)、《世界大学声誉排名》和《大学教学排名》特邀评审专家,上海市产业协调创新项目组专家,上海市科技英才奖评审专家;美国“Geophysical Research Letters”,爱尔兰“Chinese Astronomy and Astrophysics”,航空学报中文版、英文版,空间科学学报,黑龙江大学自然科学学报,天文研究与技术,全球定位系统等国内外杂志审稿专家;曾担任2018年第十届通信、电路和系统国际会议技术委员会委员;曾聘任为国家重点研发计划“大科学装置前沿研究”重点专项天文组、流体力学组2019年度申报项目评审专家;2020年当选浙江省在沪人才联合会理事。2021年入选十四五国家重点研发计划“地球观测与导航”专项专家,属于航天、航空、空间信息类专家。全程参与了世界首颗量子科学实验卫星,夸父一号卫星等型号的研制、发射、在轨实验,以及长期管理等过程。另外,还参与了北斗卫星系统关键技术攻关和总体设计等工作。已经在国内外学术期刊发表论文近70篇;负责申报了16项国家专利,已经获得授权10项,软件著作权二项,合作专著一册。2017年,他参与其中的量子科学实验卫星研制团队荣获“上海市工人先锋号”称号;另外,广域量子通信研究团队入选“2017年度科技创新团队”。仅2020年内,取得3项国家专利授权,发表4篇学术论文(EI论文2篇,国内核心1篇,其他1篇),同时完成了另外2项发明专利的申请。2023年,牵头完成或合作完成论文、专利申报10篇(件)。
